La-Bor-Land Boot Camp

My fitness partner and I have started our own personal boot camp…of sorts.  We go through times where running/jogging is just not enough; especially if we want to keep eating in the manner in which we prefer to remain accustom.  This is week 2.  We bring small weights, exercise mats, and bands.  We run a bit and do all kinds of arm, leg, butt, and ab work outs.  We start at 6:00 AM and end at 7:00.  Actually we start at 5:45 AM with the dreaded wake-up call.  We make a good team.  As the weather is changing it is a nice time to be up and out and get your exercise on early.  Feels good…
